How to drink eucommia bark in water

Eucommia bark usually needs to be decocted in water for about 30 minutes and filtered to get the juice for drinking. Simply brewing it with boiling water can bring out limited medicinal effects.
Eucommia is the bark of the Eucommia tree. It is sweet in taste and warm in nature, and belongs to the liver and kidney meridians. It has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidney, strengthening the tendons and bones, and tranquilizing the fetus, and can be used for treating lumbar and knee pains and pains caused by insufficiency of the liver and kidney (weakness of the liver and kidneys), weakness and tenderness of the knees, dizziness, fatigue of the body, and mental fatigue.
Since eucommia is a kind of bark, the medicinal ingredients are difficult to be dissolved by boiling water, and it needs to be decocted in water for about 30 minutes or so to enable the medicinal ingredients to be effectively dissolved, so it is not recommended to be brewed in water.
It should be noted that eucommia is a traditional Chinese medicine, and the therapeutic effect of a single traditional Chinese medicine is limited, so it is recommended to use it under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, so as to avoid the use of incorrect medicines and damage to the body.
