The cure rate of follicular lymphoma should be based on the grade of the tumor, treatment method, patient’s physical condition and other factors, the cure rate is generally around 50%, generally known as clinical cure with progression-free survival of more than 5 years. 1.Grade 1 and 2 follicular lymphoma, belonging to low-grade follicular lymphoma, can be observed and the cure rate is generally high. Grade 2.3 follicular lymphoma, which is a high-grade follicular lymphoma, is handled according to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. 5-year survival is greater than 50%, and medications include rituximab, cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, and dexamethasone. Follicular lymphoma is an inert lymphoma with a higher cure rate at lower levels of malignancy and a lower cure rate at higher levels of malignancy.
