1.Self-observation of wound bleeding and oozing, keep the dressing clean and dry, prevent shedding and contamination, follow the doctor’s instructions for regular drug changes. 2, such as traumatic wounds, follow the doctor’s instructions to inject tetanus antitoxin, dog bite patients should be timely injection of rabies vaccine. 3.When there is more exudate on the traumatic surface, apply topical drugs (such as hydrogen peroxide) as prescribed to clean the traumatic surface and keep it clean and dry. 4.Prevent the trauma from splitting: avoid wide range of movements or expressions that can pull the trauma, and strictly control the timing of stitch removal according to medical advice. 5.Special parts, such as the mouth and lips, should be strengthened with local care, and a small amount of warm water after meals is good for rinsing the trauma and keeping it clean and hygienic. 6.Post-operative diet can follow the doctor’s prescription and choose liquid, semi-liquid and easily digestible diet according to age, such as rice porridge, noodle line, etc. Spicy, stimulating and fried food is prohibited. 7.Prevention of wound scar proliferation: about 1 week after stitch removal, local application of anti-scar medication can be applied to prevent proliferation, adhere to early anti-scar treatment for 6 months-1 year, while avoiding sun exposure to prevent pigmentation affecting appearance.
