A hard lump in the chest that doesn’t hurt but moves

If you find a hard lump inside the chest, that is, inside the breast, without painful manifestations, but moving, do not worry too much, consider that it is more likely to be a fibroadenoma of the breast. It can also be examined by ultrasound or color ultrasound of the breast, which will show a substantial mass with an intact envelope. The main manifestation of breast fibroids is a localized hard mass, which is usually solitary. Some of them occur in middle age and are multiple lesions. Mammary fibroids do not go away on their own and may even increase in size. Therefore, if necessary, surgery is required, either by epidural or local anesthesia, depending on the location of the lesion. After surgery, regular checkups are needed, usually every three to six months with ultrasound.
