Raised small grains of flesh on the upper eyelid are painless and itchy, and may be caused by squamous cell papilloma, seborrheic keratosis, cornu rashes and so on.
1. squamous cell papilloma: squamous cell papilloma is the most common benign lesion of the eyelid, may be caused by human papilloma virus infection, the patient may appear on the eyelid small granules, other parts of the body can also appear, generally will not have the phenomenon of enlargement.
2. seborrheic keratosis: if the small flesh grain raised on the upper eyelid is brown or dark brown, clear boundary of the lobulated new organisms, there is a mild bulge, it may be seborrheic keratosis, also known as senile warts, the elderly are more frequent.
3. Cornucopia: Cornucopia is a benign swelling or retention cyst originating from the epidermis or appendage epithelium, the patient is mainly manifested as yellowish-white, firm papules, generally no conscious symptoms, some patients’ skin lesions can be naturally subsided.
