New concept of minimally invasive needle knife medical organism

Acupuncture medicine is a new medical discipline pioneered by Professor Zhu Hanzhang, which is a new medical theory system formed after 30 years of development and re-creation under the guidance of the basic theory of Chinese medicine and the absorption of modern science and technology and the new achievements of Western medicine. Acupuncture medicine includes four basic theories and six components. The four basic theories include the theory of closed surgery, the theory of the etiology of chronic soft tissue injury, the new etiology of osteophytes, the etiology of the spinal zone and the theory of the existence of a large electrophysiological circuit in the human body. The six components include acupuncture medicine pathophysiology, acupuncture medicine imaging, acupuncture medicine manual science, acupuncture medicine diagnosis, acupuncture medicine treatment and acupuncture medicine nursing. Through clinical practice and in-depth research, acupuncture medicine has deepened its theory, gradually improved its treatment technology, and expanded its scope of indications, forming a unique new medical discipline, opening up a new way to solve various problems in today’s medicine, and achieving many achievements in clinical and experimental research. Acupuncture medicine is a cross-discipline, it is associated with acupuncture, massage, pain, orthopedics, rehabilitation, anorectology, plastic surgery and other clinical departments, among which chronic injuries of the sports system, cervical and lumbar spondylosis, osteoarthritis and other diseases are the advantages of acupuncture treatment, these diseases are mainly distributed in acupuncture, massage, pain and orthopedics, rehabilitation, anorectology, plastic surgery and other departments of some diseases can also be treated with acupuncture. In addition, Professor Wang X Rong, the second master of acupuncture after Professor Zhu Hanzhang, has also used minimally invasive acupuncture for the treatment of spinal-related diseases such as vertigo, insomnia, allergic rhinitis, neurological rhinitis, asthma in young adults, ulcer disease, breast enlargement, heart disease and suboptimal health, obesity, dysmenorrhea, etc., and has also achieved incredible clinical results. Based on the profound understanding of the theory and treatment rules of Chinese medicine, the acupuncture treatment method, combined with modern scientific knowledge, has put forward the pathogenic pathological hypothesis of chronic soft tissue injury and osteophytes, which believes that the fundamental cause of chronic soft tissue injury is the imbalance of human dynamic balance, and the main pathological factors causing the imbalance of dynamic balance are adhesion, contracture, blockage, etc.; the fundamental cause of osteophytes is the imbalance of human joint stress balance, and the causes of joint stress balance imbalance are the imbalance of human joint stress. The underlying cause of osteophytes is the imbalance of stress in human joints, and the cause of imbalance of stress in joints is also the contracture and degeneration of soft tissues around joints that are not corrected for a long time. Acupuncture medicine believes that certain causes can cause the shortening of soft tissue length, increased tension, restricted relative movement and increased pressure in the cavity, these changes can act on the diseased soft tissue locally, thus aggravating the disease, and can also affect the nerves, blood vessels, bones and joints and special organs near the diseased soft tissue, and participate in the pathogenesis of various diseases. In short, soft tissue changes can be caused by a variety of reasons, and can also participate in the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases, soft tissue changes is an important link that has not yet attracted widespread attention. Therefore, acupuncture medicine stands at the height of the whole soft tissue and takes soft tissue alteration as the entry point to understand the disease horizontally. The needle knife release method is an important part of the therapeutics of needle knife medicine, mainly for chronic soft tissue injury diseases, which can be used to peel off adhesions, release contractures, scrape off scars and unblock blockages by various peeling methods, incision methods and scar scraping methods. The treatment method of needle knife release method is to use the needle knife to operate locally on the lesion, which can peel off the adhesions, release the contractures and unblock the lesion tissues, play the role of analgesia, tension and pressure reduction, promote local microcirculation and regulate immunity. According to the hypothesis of the etiology and pathology of chronic soft tissue injury and osteophytes, the needle knife, a special instrument for relaxation method, was invented according to the modern science and technology, and the unique needle knife relaxation method was developed, which has achieved good clinical efficacy. After nearly 30 years of development since its invention, the needle knife release method has formed a relatively complete treatment method, and has achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury diseases and osteophytes. Based on the summary of clinical experience, some clinical and basic experimental studies have been conducted, which show that the needle knife relaxation method has an impact on the local pathological changes and immune regulation of patients, and the hypothesis of the etiology and pathology of chronic soft tissue injury and osteophytes has been partially confirmed, and certain results have been achieved, and it has passed several national appraisals. Needle knife, a treatment device, is slightly thicker than an acupuncture needle, equivalent to the thickness of a number six injection needle, and the blade is only 0.8 mm wide, which can be pierced into the body without cutting the skin, much like an acupuncture needle, but it has a blade, directional, and can play a role in peeling adhesions, loosening contractures, and unblocking in the human body. Operated by professional experienced clinicians, combining the knowledge of Chinese medicine acupuncture and Western medicine anatomy and pathophysiology, minimally invasive acupuncture treatment has both the safety of Chinese medicine acupuncture and the objectivity of Western medicine treatment, for the treatment of intractable injuries in the body, using situational, regulating and balancing treatment, curing the disease at an early stage and preventing it before it happens.
