Differentiation between mammary eczema and mammary eczema-like carcinoma

Breast eczema and breast eczema-like carcinoma can generally be differentiated according to the age of onset, cause or symptoms. 1. Age of onset: breast eczema mostly occurs in young breastfeeding women, while breast eczema-like cancer patients are generally older. 2. Causes: Breast eczema belongs to a kind of skin disease, which is mostly caused by the inflammation of breast skin due to the poor breathability of clothes, moist skin, or the baby’s sucking which destroys the barrier ability of the skin on the surface of the breast, and contacting with allergens or unclean articles; eczema-like cancer is caused by cancerous transformation of cells on the surface of the breast, which in turn causes a tumor. 3. Symptoms are different: breast eczema belongs to skin surface symptoms and usually has no complications, while eczema-like cancer of breast will cause necrosis and shedding of skin on the surface of nipple, and the nipple will become shorter, smaller or even disappear, etc. If there is any suspicion in this regard, it is recommended to take a look at the symptoms.
