What to do if you have scrotal eczema

Scrotal eczema should be treated in a comprehensive manner. Treatment includes general treatment such as maintaining hygiene, topical medication such as glucocorticoid hydrocortisone cream, immunosuppressant such as tacrolimus ointment, etc., and oral medication such as glucocorticoid prednisone and antihistamine chlortetracycline.
General treatment includes changing clothes and bedding, wearing cotton underwear, not scratching, maintaining hygiene, and avoiding overwork and mental stress.
Topical medications are mainly glucocorticosteroids, including hydrocortisone cream, dexamethasone cream, tretinoin cream, etc. Topical immunosuppressants include tacrolimus ointment, pimecrolimus cream, pimecrolimus cream and so on. If there is a lot of localized exudate, boric acid solution can be used as a wet compress.
Oral glucocorticosteroids such as prednisone can be used if symptoms are severe. If the itching is obvious, you can take oral antihistamines such as loratadine tablets, cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and so on.
