If something is stuck in the throat, you can try to vomit and some patients can vomit the foreign body out. You can also look at the oropharynx, and if you can see it with the naked eye, you can remove it directly with forceps. If it cannot be seen with the naked eye, an indirect laryngoscopy or fiberoptic laryngoscopy is needed. After the examination, the specific foreign body can be found, and the foreign body can be removed with foreign body forceps after the location of the foreign body is clear. If the above three methods are not clear, a CT examination of the neck is needed, through which the location of the foreign body can be clarified, so that the treatment plan can be chosen.
