Precautions for common diseases

  1. Polycystic ovary syndrome
(PCOS) is a common reproductive endocrine and metabolic disease in adolescent and fertile women, manifesting as scanty menstruation, ovulation disorders leading to infertility, hyperandrogenism, polycystic ovarian changes (accumulation of too many immature sinus follicles), obesity, insulin resistance, elevated blood lipids, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer ovarian cancer, breast cancer; the cause of this disease is not yet clear. The cause of this disease is still unknown.
PCOS is often characterized by recurrent attacks from onset to pre-menopause, affecting patients for a long time and many affected systems. Patients should do the following with: do not stay up late, go to bed before 11 pm, low sugar and low fat diet, appropriate aerobic exercise to lose weight.
  2. Guidance on ovulation testing for intercourse (TC) and artificial insemination (AIH).
The day before you come to the hospital for ultrasound, start to test your urine three times a day with ovulation test strips: the first time in the morning, the second time at 11-15 pm, the third time before bedtime, and the fourth time in the morning of the ultrasound. Put each ovulation test on a white sheet of paper with the time of the test next to it and bring it to the doctor on the day of the ultrasound. Have intercourse the night before coming to the hospital for the ultrasound and do not get up until more than one hour after intercourse.
For TCs, see the nurse for a post-coital test on the day of the ultrasound. Come to the hospital 14 days after ovulation for a pregnancy test. If you bleed early, take a pregnancy test immediately on the day of bleeding. Intercourse and treatment of vaginismus: have intercourse that night, get up an hour later, wash it externally, and then insert vaginal pills. Artificial insemination procedure is usually operated by qualified medical personnel, and the fee for the named procedure is 300 yuan.
  3. Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
Excessive dominant follicles may cause ascites and abdominal distension. During abdominal distension a whole protein diet is required, meaning that all kinds of proteins are available, such as pork, beef, fish, eggs, as well as fruits, vegetables and soups, but foods that are converted into sugar are forbidden, such as rice, noodles and chicken strips, bread, porridge, flour, cakes, dumplings, dumpling staples, etc. Self-measurement of abdominal circumference twice a day, lying flat, around the navel.
  4. Hysteroscopy.
To find out if there are any developmental abnormalities in the uterine cavity, endometrial polyps, submucosal myomas that affect embryo implantation, whether the opening of the fallopian tubes is open bilaterally, whether there are cervical canal and uterine cavity adhesions, and whether the endometrium responds normally to hormones. The examination can be done on any day of the cycle without intercourse, Monday to Saturday morning, with sanitary napkin and anesthesia on an empty stomach, at a total cost of 1300 RMB. The pathology report will be taken after one week.
  5.Laparoscopy.
The adhesions outside the fallopian tubes can be cut open and the umbilical ends of the fallopian tubes can be reopened. After the operation, the pregnancy can be tried in vivo with a success rate of 20% per cycle. It is also possible to ligate the waterlogged tubes and try to conceive outside the body after the operation with a success rate of 50% per cycle. It requires about one week of hospitalization, costs about 13,000, general anesthesia, and is minimally invasive. This is a minimally invasive procedure and does not require a family member. You can walk around the same day after the procedure and should move your lower back more after the procedure to prevent re-adhesion (the re-adhesion rate after the procedure is about 10%).
Usually, the patient is admitted after the first menstrual period after the imaging. You can start trying to conceive one month after surgery. As for the risk of surgery, an analogy is that if you choke on drinking water, the damage of choking will definitely be less than the benefit of drinking water.
  6.Menstrual regulation medication method.
Generally from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet every day before bed for 21 days (a whole box). Try not to miss a dose, if you forget to take the pill tonight, take 1 tablet tomorrow morning immediately, and then take the one you should take tomorrow night. If you miss a dose for too long, you may get your period at any time. Stop taking the pill as soon as you get your period. The pill box says contraceptive pill, but it is not actually used for contraception, but for menstrual regulation.
  7. Risk of twin pregnancy.
The risk of maternal gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, HELLP syndrome (liver damage, massive bleeding), placental abruption, generalized convulsions, uterine stroke (uterine bleeding soaked into the muscular layer resulting in the need for hysterectomy), premature rupture of membranes, puerperal infection, heart failure, kidney failure, liver failure, death, postpartum true diabetes mellitus is higher; the fetus has intrauterine growth retardation, twin fetus transfusion syndrome (causing one fetus to be extremely large and the other to be The risk of intrauterine growth retardation, twin fetus transfusion syndrome (causing one fetus to be extremely large and the other extremely small), giant baby, fetal death in utero, premature birth, obstructed labor, lung infection, cerebral palsy and permanent disability.
  8. Tubal imaging
If the result is bilateral patency or bilateral hydrocele, if the patient is young, laparoscopy can be considered to cut open the adhesions of the fallopian tubes. Without laparoscopy, the risk of ectopic pregnancy will be higher than that of the general population. You can also consider laparoscopy and ligation of the waterlogged fallopian tubes followed by in vitro fertilization, which has a success rate of 50% per month and costs about 20-30,000 per month.
  9, thin endometrium.
A piece of 30 grams of gum, stewed with lean meat or skinless chicken for half an hour, if easy to fire, can be replaced with rock sugar to stew. Stewed and divided into two, one in the morning and one in the evening, eat before meals.
10, the causes of natural miscarriage.
There may be more than one cause of miscarriage, so a thorough examination must be conducted. 50% are fetal chromosomal errors, which can come from one parent or during the synthesis and division of fetal chromosomes. The other 50% of causes are related to the immune system, endocrine system, infections, and abnormalities of the intrauterine environment.
The endocrine system includes sex hormones, thyroid function, glucose metabolism, and polycystic ovary syndrome; infections include mycoplasma, chlamydia, and eugenics, and the intrauterine environment needs to be understood through hysteroscopy. We can currently understand 90% of the causes, but the medical level has not been able to find out all the causes.
  11.Endometriosis
It is a condition in which part of the endometrium leaves the uterine cavity and goes to the muscular layer of the uterus or the ovaries. The first line of treatment is oral medication, the second line is injection therapy, the third line is on the treatment ring Manometra, and the fourth line is surgical removal of the uterus.
  12. Colds.
If you have a cold during the trial period or during pregnancy, you can take Banlangen and Vitamin C Yinchao tablets, or seek treatment from a Chinese medicine practitioner. The antimicrobials that can be used during pregnancy are penicillins, cephalosporins, roxithromycin and azithromycin.
  13. For severe pregnancy vomiting.
Take vitamin B6, 6 tablets each time, three times a day. Stop taking small folic acid until 12 weeks of pregnancy. From 12 weeks of pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding, take at least one capsule of Calcium D every day during the day, do not eat at night to avoid kidney stones. If you have cramps, you can increase the amount on your own, no upper limit.
14, uterine fibroids, adenomyoma, breast enlargement.
They are estrogen-related diseases. It is forbidden to eat the subcutaneous fat and offal of various animals, where the most estrogen is accumulated, such as pig skin, chicken skin and roasted goose skin.
