What’s wrong with cold arms?

Cold arms are usually considered to be caused by poor blood circulation, cervical spondylosis, vascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis and so on.
1. Poor blood circulation: Insufficient exercise for a long time in daily life or playing with cell phones and other electronic products for a long time will lead to poor peripheral blood circulation in the upper extremities, which will lead to the symptom of coldness in the arms.
2. Cervical spondylosis: If you suffer from cervical spondylosis, there will be compression of the nerves, and numbness and coldness of the arms may occur.
3. Vascular lesions: vascular lesions can lead to cold arms, such as thrombosis, atherosclerosis, which can lead to narrowing of the lumen of the blood vessels, slowing down the blood flow, and in severe cases, causing ischemia of the upper limbs, which can lead to cold arms.
4. Rheumatoid arthritis: If you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, it may be stimulated by cold and other reasons, resulting in elbow joints involved in the case of cold arms.
It is recommended that patients consult a doctor in a timely manner to identify the cause and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
