What are the symptoms of pelvic bone inflammation

Inflammation of the pelvis may show the following symptoms: First, there may be pain around the pelvis, which is often predominantly sore. If the inflammation is severe, it may also involve the lumbosacral region and the hip, and pain may occur at the same time. Second, it may show symptoms of swelling, which is only seen in some thin patients. In the inflamed area, there may be significant localized swelling relative to the opposite side. Third, there may be a very obvious restriction of movement, which is often due to the patient’s reluctance to move because of significant pain in the affected area. In addition, some inflammatory exudate may lead to gradual adhesions in the joints around the pelvis, which may result in a decrease in mobility. Fourth, there may be changes in the patient’s appearance and gait, for example, the patient may show stiffness and rigidity in the hip and lumbosacral area, and there are obvious abnormalities in their walking compared to normal people.
