Habitual sprain of the ankle

Ankle sprains, which we commonly refer to as broken feet. In addition to causing a fracture, it often leads to damage, tearing or even rupture of one or more ligaments in the ankle joint. Habitual sprains, on the other hand, are caused by one or more injuries that result in laxity of the ligaments around the ankle joint and decreased stability of the ankle joint. In severe cases, this can lead to damage to the talar cartilage and the formation of osteoarthritis. Clinically, it is common in men, who often complain of constant twisting of the ankle joint. Some patients may experience a sense of fear when walking on uneven surfaces and have a feeling of not being able to control the ankle joint. In severe cases, the patient may be unable to walk with weight and experience severe pain. It is necessary to go to the foot and ankle surgery promptly, not just rest and braking can relieve.
