Usually soft tissue foot injuries usually heal in 2-3 weeks, but the recovery time varies depending on the age factor of the patient or the extent of the injury. Soft tissue injuries of the foot can take many forms, including ankle sprains, localized traumatic bleeding, fractures, and so on.
