The Stomach Meridian, or Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian, is found around the mouth, around the edges of the face, on the chest and abdomen, and on the front outer side of the lower limbs to the big toe and second toe. The Foot Yangming Stomach meridian begins at the Yingxiang point next to the nose and then has a branch that runs along the side of the nose and up into the inner corner of the eyes, where it meets the Foot Sun meridian. The main trunk encircles the lips of the mouth to the middle of the lower lip, then travels in a distributed fashion along the edges of the face, then down along the neck, into the supraclavicular fossa, and down along a line perpendicular to the nipple to the chest and abdomen. The Foot Yangming Stomach meridian travels down from the chest and abdomen into the mid groin, down the anterior lateral aspect of the thigh, into the top of the foot, and then along the upper medial aspect of the foot, into the big toe and second toe respectively. The Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian can treat pain, numbness, constriction (spasms and convulsions in the body due to the feeling of wind and cold) and other discomforts that occur in these areas it passes through. If you want to use the meridians and acupoints to treat diseases, you need to be guided by a professional Chinese medicine practitioner to operate, do not operate without authorization, so as to avoid the wrong method and damage to the body.
