The data of the monitoring instrument, mainly includes four categories, generally from top to bottom are electrocardiogram, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate. 1. Electrocardiogram (ECG): The main display is the ECG of the two leads, and the heart rate is displayed. The upper and lower limits will be set on the monitoring instrument, so that when the patient’s heart rate exceeds the upper limit or is lower than the lower limit, the monitoring instrument will send out an alarm. 2. Blood pressure: invasive blood pressure will have fluctuation curve and blood pressure value, while ordinary cuff blood pressure will not have blood pressure curve, only display blood pressure value. Every measurement of blood pressure value will change once, will also set the alarm prompts, when the blood pressure fluctuations beyond the normal range will have an alarm tone. 3. Oxygen saturation: the value above 94% is normal, when it is lower than 90%, there will be an alarm. 4. Respiratory rate: the normal range is generally 12~20 times per minute, less than 12 times suggests slowing down of respiration, and more than 20 times per minute belongs to the rapid increase of respiration, which will also appear in the alarm. If you feel unwell, you should go to the hospital in time and consult your physician for guidance.
