Lots of red blood on legs

A lot of red blood on the legs is actually a mild manifestation of varicose veins. Varicose veins are mainly due to congenital weakness of the vein wall, intraventricular hypertension and venous valve insufficiency, resulting in tortuous and dilated superficial veins of the lower limbs. In its early stage, there may be some reticular blood vessels, or capillary expansion, forming the manifestation of a lot of red blood on the legs. In this case, there are generally no serious consequences, and conservative treatment is the main. But for young women, it will affect the aesthetic appearance and is a headache. The main treatment is to slow down its further development and avoid causing serious varicose veins. Clinically, patients are advised to elevate the affected limbs, avoid sitting and standing for a long time, and can wear medical compression stockings to prevent its further progression. If certain young women are very concerned about this condition, they can also try to apply treatments such as sclerotherapy for the lifting and fading of redness. However, sclerotherapy will inevitably also leave traces of hyperpigmentation or scarring, so care needs to be taken when choosing it.
