The child’s motor development is a stage, and we can promote his development through some simple training, so that the poor become good, good better, the following explains the family simple small training: 1, head control can use the prone position to train the ability to lift the head, the method: let the child lying on his back, take a toy stopped at the general height with his eyes, in order to let the child look up at it, raise it little by little. Every day at least 30 minutes prone, to about 10 minutes after meals is most appropriate. 2.Turn over and crawl method Let the affected child lie on the floor, pull his clothes from behind to help him turn his shoulders and turn over; let him lie on his back, put a bath towel on his chest, counter the ends of the towel to lift up, keep only his hands and knees on the floor, you slowly advance along the floor with him while encouraging him; one person help him move his arms, another person help alternately move his feet, help him crawl hard to a certain goal. 3.Support the back to keep sitting Sit up with the support of your own arm and put the objects you like in front of you to attract attention, so as to keep sitting for a long time, gradually reduce the support, and finally sit alone. 4.Walking The key for children with cerebral palsy to learn to walk is to learn to move their body weight. 5.Going up and down stairs At first, let the child hold the railing with one hand and pull the big hand with the other hand to maintain the balance, then gradually let him get rid of the support of adults and rely on the strength of his own arms and legs to go up and down the stairs with two steps. Older children need to encourage him to take one step at a time and alternate between the two feet to go up and down the stairs, which can be practiced with music. 6.Jumping Jumping is an important item to exercise the lower femoral muscles, practice squatting action to prepare for jumping. Often pull the affected child’s hands to jump down from the steps as a preparation for the explosive power of jumping on their own. Hang some brightly colored gauze and small toys (on the basis of the two training mentioned above) in the room for several children to jump together to touch and pat. 7.Fine motor training is mainly to train the coordination between the hand and the brain, to improve the child’s manual ability and hand dexterity. Training methods mainly include grasping, pinching, holding objects or toys, to choose items suitable for children to play with, gradually transitioning from squares and rectangles to circles. At the age of five or six, patients are taught to learn to screw bottle caps, string toys, build blocks, hold a pencil and draw pictures, etc., so as to lay the foundation for future schooling and reading, and to improve their life skills.
