Can you recover from cervical retroversion?

Cervical lordosis, if it is caused by prolonged head down, resulting in physiological cervical lordosis, the symptoms are mild and can usually be recovered; if it is localized osteophytes, bone degeneration, articular synovial joints wear and other pathologic cervical lordosis, it is usually more difficult to recover. 1. Mild symptoms: If the physiologic cervical lordosis is caused by long-term head down and other life style, the early symptoms are usually mild, and the patient may have no obvious performance, and the degree of cervical lordosis is small in the cervical spine X-ray, which can be recovered through regular treatment. 2. Serious symptoms: If the cervical spine arch lasts for a long time, and there are obvious symptoms locally, or even numbness in the hands, it may not only be caused by fatigue of the tissues, but also due to the existence of local osteophytes, bone degeneration, wear and tear of the articular synchondrosis, or even aging and fibrosis of ligamentous joints, leading to pathologic cervical arch, and it is usually difficult to recover from this condition.
