Soreness without fever can be caused by pathologic factors such as colds and joint disorders, or by physiologic reasons such as excessive physical exhaustion.
1. 3. Excessive body fatigue: If you lack physical exercise, suddenly exercise too much or exercise incorrectly, your body will generate a lot of lactic acid, which will accumulate in your body and lead to body aches.
