What is the difference between cystic and solid ultrasound

Ultrasound is one of the common tests used in gynecological examinations and cystic echogenicity or solid echogenicity can often be seen on the report of the results displayed by ultrasound. Cystic echogenicity is generally defined as fluid in the contents of the sac, often as a cyst, and is most often seen in benign lesions. Solid echogenicity generally refers to a solid mass with a certain blood flow signal within it. After the diagnosis is made, individualized treatment plans are determined based on the nature of the mass and other factors, and surgical treatment is often used in general.
