What if the stent guidewire does not open in a heart attack?

If the stent guide wire of heart attack is not open, intravenous thrombolytic therapy and coronary artery bypass grafting can be taken.
1. Intravenous thrombolytic therapy: it is to dissolve fresh thrombus in coronary artery by drugs, so as to make the blood vessel reopen, and thus partially or even completely restore myocardial blood perfusion.
It is found that if thrombolytic therapy is performed within 3 hours of infarction, the opening rate of infarcted blood vessels is relatively high, and its clinical efficacy is comparable to that of direct percutaneous intracoronary intervention (PCI). Thrombolysis within 3 to 12 hours of onset is not as effective as direct PCI, but can still be beneficial. Commonly used thrombolytic drugs include urokinase and alteplase.
2. Coronary artery bypass grafting: It is suitable for patients who have ineffective drug treatment after infarction and are not suitable for stent guide wire. Internal mammary artery and saphenous vein are often chosen as bypass graft vessels.
If myocardial infarction occurs, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment.
