The treatment of inflammatory pulmonary nodules has the following two main aspects: 1. To confirm the diagnosis, pulmonary nodules belong to the imaging concept, which refers to round-like high-density lesions less than 3 cm in diameter found on lung imaging. Inflammatory nodules refer to nodules produced by inflammatory stimuli, including those caused by acute inflammation and chronic inflammation, as well as those caused by infectious inflammation and non-specific inflammation, of which those caused by infectious inflammation are the most common. 2, for different types of inflammatory pulmonary nodules to take different treatment plans, if it is chronic inflammatory stimulation of the granuloma, and does not produce any symptoms and harm to the human body, do not need to be treated. If the inflammatory nodule is caused by a bacterial infection, effective antibiotics such as cephalosporins or penicillins can be used. If the inflammatory nodule is caused by a fungal infection, antifungal treatment such as fluconazole or itraconazole is required. If the inflammatory nodules are caused by parasitic infections, antiparasitic treatment is required.
