Stanozolol tablets may cause side effects such as nausea and vomiting, dyspepsia, diarrhea and edema, water and sodium retention, facial flushing, and rash, and abnormalities such as hirsutism, clitoral enlargement, menstrual disorders, or amenorrhea in females, and sperm or semen reduction and acne in males. It is contraindicated in patients with severe liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, as well as pregnant women and those with prostate cancer.
