White particles on the lips may be related to sebaceous gland ectasia, oral mucosal leukoplakia, hand-foot-mouth disease and so on. 1. Sebaceous ectasia: a common sebaceous gland disease, often occurring in the oral cavity, rare in the penis glans, labia mucosa and other parts of the manifestation of the corn size yellowish or white flat papules, cluster distribution, touching the fine sand-like feeling. 2.
