How is diffuse large b-cell lymphoma treated?

The treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma includes chemotherapy, radiotherapy, anti-infection treatment, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. 1. Chemotherapy: chemotherapy regimens include R-CHOP and R-EPOCH regimens. (1) R-CHOP regimen: for rituximab, cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine, prednisone, repeat a course of treatment every 14 days or every 21 days; usually 6~8 courses of treatment. (2) R-EPOCH regimen: rituximab, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine, prednisone, repeated every 21 days; usually 6-8 courses. 2. Radiotherapy: mainly through chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy to consolidate and maintain the condition. 3. Anti-infection: after diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients are infected, anti-infection treatment is needed, and sensitive antibiotics such as penicillin, cephalosporin and erythromycin can be chosen. 4. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can be adopted for young high-risk, relapsed and refractory patients. If diffuse large B-cell lymphoma occurs, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment. The above drugs need to be used under the guidance of a doctor.
