What are the symptoms of grade 3 hypertension

Symptoms of tertiary hypertension include hypertensive heart disease, hypertensive encephalopathy, chronic renal failure, and retinopathy.
Grade 3 hypertension refers to the blood pressure value systolic blood pressure ≥180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥110mmHg. Some patients with hypertension do not have obvious discomfort symptoms, while some patients may have various symptoms due to the long-term high blood pressure, which may lead to the damage of the organism.
1. Hypertensive heart disease: due to the long-term load on the heart, it can lead to myocardial hypertrophy and develop into hypertensive heart disease, and in serious cases, it can develop into heart failure. Symptoms such as dyspnea and precordial pain can occur.
2. Hypertensive encephalopathy: long-term hypertension makes cerebrovascular ischemia and degeneration can develop into cerebral thrombosis, resulting in lacunar cerebral infarction, with symptoms such as unfavorable limb movement, numbness, and slurred speech.
3. Chronic renal failure: long-term hypertension can lead to glomerular fibrosis, glomerulosclerosis and other symptoms such as hematuria, proteinuria and edema.
4. Retinopathy: hypertension can lead to spasm, ischemia, sclerosis of small retinal arteries, blurred vision, eye pain and other symptoms.
It should be noted that the above symptoms do not necessarily exist at the same time in third-degree hypertension patients, and some third-degree hypertension patients have no symptoms, it is recommended to find elevated blood pressure and consult a doctor in time, and follow the doctor’s instructions to control blood pressure.
