Ba Zhen Tang is from “Rui Zhu Tang Experienced Formula”, the original formula is 30g of ginseng, 30g of atractylodes macrocephala, 30g of poria, 30g of angelica sinensis, 30g of chuanxiong ligustici, 30g of bai peony, 30g of radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, 30g of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparatae. Nowadays, the usage is usually to take the above eight medicines, adjust the dosage of each medicine according to the condition, add 3 slices of ginger and 5 jujubes when decocting, and take it with water. It is mainly used for treating pale or yellowish color due to deficiency of qi and blood, dizziness, tiredness of limbs, shortness of breath and laziness, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), dysphoria (violent heartbeat, panic), and reduced diet.
