Tianshu: at the same level as the middle of the umbilicus, 2 inches beside the middle of the umbilicus. 5. Zhigou: 3 inches above the transverse line of the back of the wrist (about the distance of four fingers), located between the ulna and the radius. 6. Taixi: the depression between the tip of the inner ankle and the Achilles tendon. Massage method: Place the index finger on the middle finger and use the belly of the middle finger to press and knead the point.
