Second, postoperative activities should start from light activities, gradually increase the amount of activities, activities should pay attention to make the surgical incision site even force.  Third, regulate the diet, reduce the intake of foods related to stones, and avoid overly single recipes. At the same time, avoid foods such as persimmon and black dates; if the composition of stones is not clear, the intake of foods with high calcium and phosphorus content should be minimized.  1, uric acid stones: should eat a low purine diet, such as eggs, milk; should eat more fruits and vegetables, which is conducive to alkalinization of urine; forbidden to eat liver, brain, kidney and other animal offal. Meat, clams, crabs, spinach, beans, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc. should also be eaten sparingly.  2, cystine stones: should limit the food containing more methionine. Such as: meat, eggs and dairy products and other foods.  3, calcium oxalate stones: should eat low oxalic acid, low calcium food. Also try to reduce the food of spinach, asparagus, walnuts, beets, chocolate, strong tea, all kinds of soy products, milk, kelp, mushrooms, shrimp and other foods.  4, calcium phosphate and magnesium ammonium phosphate stones: should eat low calcium, low phosphorus diet, less food such as beans, milk, egg yolk.  In order to prevent infection and stone recurrence, attention should be paid to keep the perineum clean and urinate in a timely manner, and avoid excessive holding of urine. V.
