The angle of elevation increases gradually from 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°. 2, the remission period functional exercise: supine jerk method: patients lying on their back, both knees flexed, both feet flat on the bed surface, the same width as the shoulders, bilateral elbow support, both feet support, while the top of the head back support, forming a total of five points, inhalation chest and waist to make the hips leave the bed, lift to the highest height when the pause 1s ~ 3s, and then exhale, waist gradually decline to the bed surface. 3 times a day, each time 3 ~ 5 min left and right rotation waist method: two feet open slightly wider than shoulder width, both hands crossed waist, thumb in front. Waist from the left → front → right → back for gyration action, repeat 12; then change to waist from the right → front → left → back for gyration action, both legs always straight, knee slightly flexed, upper limbs straight, hands lightly support the waist, gyration circle can gradually increase, repeat 12 ~ 24 times, three times a day. 3, the rehabilitation period functional exercise: swallow point water method (small): patients lying prone, two palms on the bed, straighten the elbow joint to support the upper body, head for backward movement and the pelvis does not leave the bed, both legs alternately backward for over-extension, 20 ~ 30 times, and then both legs simultaneously for over-extension, 10 ~ 20 times, 3 times a day. Feiyan point water method (large): the patient is still prone, the legs do not move, the upper body torso and bilateral arms straight and then simultaneously backward extension, 10 to 20 times, and then the upper body, both upper arms and legs simultaneously backward extension, 5 to 10 times, 3 times a day. Stirrups to increase strength method: patient supine position, legs straight, both hands naturally placed on the side of the body, first bend the hip and knee at the same time ankle extreme dorsal extension, then stirrups to the oblique upper, and make the foot as far as possible plantar flexion, double lower limbs alternately, each action repeated 12 to 24 times, 3 times a day.
