What does the concept of health mean

The concept of health means that a person is in a good state physically, mentally and socially. The main contents of health are: ① no disease in the main body organs, good development of body form, uniform body shape, good physiological function of the body’s various systems, strong physical activity and labor capacity; ② to have a strong resistance to disease, able to adapt to changes in the environment, able to adapt to a variety of physiological stimuli, disease-causing factors on the body. The meaning of modern health is diversified and broad, and the modern view of health is overall health.
