Which acupuncture points for depression

Depression can be acupuncture points such as Neiguan, Shenmen and Taichong. 1. Neiguan is located in the anterior region of the forearm, 2 inches above the transverse stripe on the distal side of the palm of the wrist, between the tendon of the palmaris longus and the tendon of the flexor carpi radialis. It is used for treating heart pain, chest tightness, tachycardia or bradycardia, stomach pain, vomiting, hiccups, stroke, hemiplegia, vertigo, migraine, insomnia, depression, epilepsy, and elbow/arm/wrist contracture pain. 2. Shenmen, located in the anterior region of the wrist, the ulnar end of the transverse stripe on the distal side of the palmar side of the wrist, the radial margin of the ulnar flexor carpi radialis tendon. It is used for treating heartache, heartburn, palpitation, palpitation, dizziness, forgetfulness, insomnia, dementia, epilepsy, hypertension, and pain in the chest and ribs. 3. Taichong, located in the dorsum of the foot at the depression in front of the union of the first and second metatarsal bones. It is used for treating headache, dizziness, insomnia, epilepsy, redness and swelling of the eyes, swelling and pain in the thighs and ribs, jaundice, hernia, drowning, urinary incontinence, spermatorrhea, menstrual leakage (excessive menstruation or dribbling), and amenorrhea.
