How to deal with pimples in the nose

Acne in the nose can be caused by nasal boils, nasal polyps and folliculitis, which can be treated with medication and surgery.
1. Nasal boils: Nasal boils are caused by infections of the skin inside the nasal cavity, and can be treated with antibiotic ointments such as mupirocin ointment, erythromycin ointment and other anti-infective medications such as amoxicillin, cephalexin and roxithromycin, if necessary, under the guidance of a doctor.
2. Nasal polyps: generally because of long-term inflammatory stimulation caused by benign lesions in the nose, resulting in pimples in the nose, can be treated by performing nasal endoscopic surgery.
3. Folliculitis: acne in the nose may be caused by blockage of hair follicles in the nasal cavity or bacterial infection. You can apply erythromycin ointment and fusidic acid cream locally under the guidance of your doctor, or you can take cefdinir or amoxicillin capsules orally for treatment.
If you have pimples in your nose, it is recommended that you go to the hospital immediately, and after identifying the cause of the pimples, you should be treated under the proper guidance of the doctor and follow the doctor’s instructions to avoid discomfort.
