Some moles can become malignant and should be taken seriously when the following manifestations occur: 1. The original mole is significantly larger. 2. Frequent breakage, bleeding and surface crusting. 3.The color deepens and shines, and the surrounding area is red. 5. Smaller moles appear in the surrounding area 6. Enlarged lymph nodes appear in the nearby lymphatic drainage area
