Before and after surgical treatment of eyelid nevus

This patient had a congenital nevus of the eyelid. Because the nevus encroached on the lid margin, the patient did not dare to receive treatment at an outside hospital because she was concerned about postoperative eyelid deformation. This type of nevus is deep and should not be treated with laser therapy, so it was surgically removed. The picture on the right shows the complete removal of the nevus one month after surgery, and the eyelid shape is well maintained with no obvious scarring. The result is satisfactory.
