After the cervical biopsy, the pathological diagnosis of CIN3 was made, and a conical excision of the cervix was performed, which has a very low probability of cancer. It takes about three years for CIN3 to develop into cervical cancer. The purpose of conization is to cut off the highly diseased tissues and stop the further development of lesions, so to some extent, it is to eliminate the occurrence of cervical cancer. After conization, regular checkups must be done and the pathology report must be read to see if the conization has been cleaned. If it is not clean, you have to do it again; if it is clean, you have to do cervical cancer screening three months, six months and one year after the operation respectively.
