What if a guy has four boobs?

Boys have four breasts, indicating that the patient has the condition of polymastia, that is, paratesticular lesions, generally recommended surgical excision.
Paramastomasia is a common developmental abnormality of the mammary glands, mostly caused by congenital developmental abnormalities. It may occur unilaterally or simultaneously on both sides. Paramastomal lesions are most often found in the area above the outer breast or in the axillary area on both sides, but may also be found below the breast or in the abdominal area. Thus, externally, boys may appear to have four breasts.
For this condition, a visit to the breast surgery department is recommended. The diagnosis of the lesion can be analyzed and confirmed by a physical examination and by breast ultrasound, mammogram and other tests. The treatment of paratesticular lesions is based on surgery. The diseased tissue is removed completely.
If the patient is afraid of surgery or does not want to have surgery, he or she can be observed periodically for the time being. Ultrasound, molybdenum target and other checkups will be reviewed once every six months to a year or so to monitor the development of the lesion. If the disease worsens, early surgical removal is still recommended. Pathological examination should be conducted after surgery to further analyze and confirm the diagnosis of the lesion.
