Lugac is a new compound analgesic, which is a combination of dihydrocodeine and acetaminophen. Dihydrocodeine is structurally similar to codeine and morphine, and its main effect is analgesic and cough suppressant, which is twice as effective as codeine; acetaminophen can block the signal of sensory nerve endings and produce analgesic effect, in addition, it also has a strong antipyretic effect.
