What is rhinitis?

  Many children have rhinitis after repeated colds, often with nasal congestion, even open-mouth breathing, heavy nasal speech, runny nose, and severe sinusitis, which affects children’s learning and normal life. So how should rhinitis be treated? A common trick to treat rhinitis: rinse the nasal cavity with light salt water, using non-iodized salt, diluted into light salt water, as light as possible at first, gradually increasing the concentration. Gently inhale through the nostrils, enter the pharynx and then exhale from the mouth, and so on on a daily basis. At first, you will feel a strong sense of irritation in the nostrils, and as the treatment progresses, you will feel gradually more relaxed.
