Capsule endoscopy has certain disadvantages over gastroscopy, as there is no way to inflate the capsule endoscope, which means that the gastric cavity cannot effectively reach a state of filling, and can only be observed in a general way, not in a detailed and comprehensive way like gastroscopy. At present, there is no alternative to capsule endoscopy, and generally when gastroscopy is performed, painless gastroscopy is still preferred, and there is a certain degree of comfort for the patient.
