What test can replace gastroscopy

Currently, the only examination that can replace gastroscopy is capsule endoscopy, and it must be magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy. The so-called magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy is the premise of the additional magnetic field to swallow the capsule, slowing down the descent of the capsule, and it can change the direction of the capsule endoscope, so as to effectively achieve the observation of lesions in the esophagus, stomach and other related parts, especially in the bottom of the stomach or the location of the stomach body. Capsule endoscopy has certain disadvantages over gastroscopy, as there is no way to inflate the capsule endoscope, which means that the gastric cavity cannot effectively reach a state of filling, and can only be observed in a general way, not in a detailed and comprehensive way like gastroscopy. At present, there is no alternative to capsule endoscopy, and generally when gastroscopy is performed, painless gastroscopy is still preferred, and there is a certain degree of comfort for the patient.
