Anal and intestinal cancer is divided into colon, rectum and anus, and there are different symptoms in the three parts. Early stage may not have obvious symptoms, and common clinical manifestations include blood in stool, change of bowel habit, abdominal pain, abdominal distension and so on.
1. If the tumor is located on the right side, this part is far away from the anus, dark red blood stool can be seen, and some can feel the abdominal mass. Patients with advanced stage of anal and intestinal cancer will have anemia symptoms.
2. If the tumor is located in the left side, it is easy to have bloody stool, which is manifested as abdominal pain. The stool in this part has been basically shaped, so it is easy to lead to intestinal obstruction, common abdominal pain, abdominal distension and so on.
3. If the tumor is located in the rectum or close to the anus, the bleeding is bright red and the pain in the anus is obvious. Because the skin nerves of anus are sensitive, bleeding and other manifestations may also occur.
If the related symptoms should be treated in time, complete the examination as soon as possible, make a clear diagnosis, and actively treat the disease to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
