What not to eat for kidney stones

Kidney stones are usually not suitable for foods rich in oxalic acid and spicy and irritating foods.
1. Foods rich in oxalic acid: Kidney stones are a common urinary system disease, and most of them are calcium oxalate stones, so it is usually not recommended for patients to eat foods containing oxalic acid, such as spinach, chocolate, peanuts and other foods, so as to avoid the formation of calcium oxalate stones.
2. Spicy and stimulating food: Kidney stone patients should avoid consuming stimulating food such as chili, mustard, garlic, onion, etc. This kind of food will accelerate the blood circulation, which may cause aggravation of the condition or recurrence of the disease, which is not conducive to the recovery of the patients.
It is recommended that patients pay attention to improve their daily routine, eat light food, eat more vegetables and fruits to enhance immunity, and avoid staying up late.
