The ovulation test is used to monitor the luteinizing hormone in the urine to determine if you are ovulating. The use of ovulation test strips is calculated from the first day of menstruation and the test is started on the 11th day. When taking the test, try not to use the morning urine, but monitor from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm until a strong positive test occurs. Try to monitor every 4 hours when there is a strong positive. When a strong positive turns into a weak one, it means that ovulation has already occurred, so you can have intercourse within 24-36 hours after ovulation to increase the chance of conception. Also, when taking an ovulation test, try not to drink a lot of water within two hours before the urine test as this may affect the accuracy of the ovulation test.
