The anal discomfort and frequent bowel movements are mainly caused by perianal diseases: first, anal sinusitis. The anal sinus, because of its special location, is susceptible to repeated infection by feces and bacteria, hyperplasia and inflammation, and the formation of anal fistula will stimulate the surrounding intestinal wall, resulting in significant discomfort inside the anus and the feeling of wanting to defecate. The second, rectal inflammation, bacterial infection leads to edema in the mucosa of the rectum, serious mucosal hyperplasia in the rectum, or even detachment from the intestinal wall. This leads to significant discomfort in the intestinal tract and the anal area, and a sense of defecation. The third, internal hemorrhoids, which occur above the dentate line of the anal canal, and also form hemorrhoid nuclei, constantly stimulate the surrounding tissue leading to frequent bowel movements.
