ABO hemolysis can be intervened in advance, mainly by early delivery, plasma exchange and phenobarbital. 1. Early delivery: When the bilirubin in the amniotic fluid is elevated and the L/S of the amniotic fluid is greater than 2 as measured by spectrophotometer, it suggests that the fetal lungs have matured, so early delivery can be considered. 2. Plasma exchange: For mothers who are not suitable for early delivery, plasma exchange can be performed to exchange some of the antibodies to reduce hemolysis, but this method is rarely used. 3. Phenobarbital: Oral administration of phenobarbital 1~2 weeks before the expected date of delivery can induce an increase in fetal UDPGT enzyme activity to reduce neonatal jaundice. In case of neonatal hemolysis, please go to the hospital as soon as possible and let the doctor make a specific treatment plan to avoid delaying the condition.
