Exercise produces endorphins and also dopamine. Large amounts of endorphins may be produced during exercise, but small amounts of dopamine are produced.
1. A person will secrete endorphins during exercise, when the body will feel particularly comfortable and also feel relaxed. If you want to produce endorphins during exercise, you have to keep on exercising, and the duration of each exercise should be at least about 20~30 minutes.
2. If the body feels more relaxed during exercise, and the mood is more pleasant and cheerful, dopamine will be released, but the amount is not much, and generally dopamine will disappear after stopping exercise.
Endorphins and dopamine produced during exercise have no effect on the human body, and these two substances are naturally secreted by the body’s active functions, so there is no need for special treatment. If you feel unwell, consult a doctor.
