What is the point five inches below a woman’s navel?

Five inches below a woman’s navel is the Qu Bone Point.
Qu Bone Point is located 5 inches below the umbilicus, in the depression above the upper edge of the pubic bone joint; it belongs to the Ren Chakra, which is the meeting of the Foot Syncopal Liver Meridian and the Ren Chakra. This point has the function of facilitating urination, regulating menstruation and relieving pain (regulating menstruation and relieving menstrual pain).
The bed is often used to treat diseases such as reddish-white leucorrhoea (abnormal leucorrhoea with blood or blood clots), enuresis, dribbling of urine (the feeling of not being able to urinate enough), spermatorrhea, impotence, and incomplete contraction of the uterus in females after childbirth. In addition to acupuncture, it can be treated with moxibustion.
It should be noted that since the bladder is under the inner part of this point, urination is required before needling to avoid stabbing the bladder; pregnant women are prohibited from needling.
It is recommended that patients should consult a doctor in time if they have any uncomfortable symptoms, and perform acupuncture under the operation of a professional doctor, avoiding self-treatment to avoid aggravating the condition.
