Gastric neuroendocrine tumors are benign or malignant

In 2010, WHO named neuroendocrine tumors, if they tend to be benign tumors, i.e., G1 and G2 stages, they are named gastric neuroendocrine tumors; if they are more malignant, i.e., G3 stage, which mostly refers to higher nuclear schizophrenic pixels or higher Ki-67 proliferation index, they are named gastric neuroendocrine carcinomas. Early stage can be cured by surgical treatment, and late stage cannot be cured.
Gastric neuroendocrine tumors are relatively rare in the clinic, and the early symptoms are very insidious and may have no obvious symptoms, which are found during gastroenteroscopy. Gastroscopy shows yellow or yellowish, hard and bulging lesions, when the tumor size increases, abdominal pain, diarrhea and blood in stool may also occur, perfect pathological examination can usually confirm the diagnosis of gastric neuroendocrine tumor.
If gastric neuroendocrine tumor is suspected, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, complete the examination, make a clear diagnosis, and actively treat it, so as to avoid delaying the condition, and early treatment can achieve a cure.
