Measures to promote ovulation include oral medications and ovulation injections.
Women with irregular menstruation or ovulation disorders may choose oral medications, such as clomiphene and letrozole, to promote the growth, development, maturation and discharge of follicles in the ovaries, as appropriate, under the guidance of a doctor. For patients with amenorrhea due to hypothalamic lesions or for whom oral medications are ineffective, ovulation injections to promote follicular growth can be used to help the follicles grow.
Both the use of drugs, or injections, should be in the regular hospital, under the guidance of a doctor.
